The Farm Family project has primarily been funded through hosting farm to table dinners here at the farm. We currently utilize all funds to purchase seed, vegetable starts, fuel, and to process animals.
We hope to expand our infrastructure to make further positive impacts. We have set a goal of scaling up our quail, geese, and vegetable production. That scale-up will be expensive. However, the real cost will be to build a climate-controlled larder and walk-in freezer in order to store and distribute our goods. These projects are currently cost-prohibitive.
